Please use this convenient document loader to upload all your receipts, yellow scale slips, maintenance records, toll slips/violations, driving tickets, records of duty, and citations and any other important documents. WE MUST KEEP AN ADMINISTRATIVE COPY FOR OUR RECORDS!!! You SHOULD be turning in your original documents at minimum every 31-45 days.
